Right of Withdrawal / Return Product

If the customer is a physical person (consumer) who makes the purchase for personal use and not for the convenience of their individual activity (trade, business, craft or profession), then the right to withdraw from the sale, according to Law 2251/1994, as amended to JMD Z1-891/2013, returning the product to its original state, chargeable with return fees and any diminished value of the product. The consumer should handle each product received in way how one would handle and would consider it at a physical store in order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning. Handling of a product, which is different from the above described way, will not be accepted. Therefore, the consumer may be charged for diminishing the value of a product, if the management has done this more than acceptable measure.
